Kayleigh Zeron

J.D.
Tax Counsel

Kayleigh Zeron, J.D., serves as an Associate Attorney at The Stanley Laman Group, which she joined in 2026. Kayleigh works as an attorney for Laman Law, LLC, providing specialized legal counsel on estate planning, trust and estate administration, and business succession for the firm's ultra-high-net-worth clients.

Kayleigh's practice focuses on trust and estate administration, business succession planning, and compliance with applicable state and federal regulations. She conducts the extensive legal research that supports the firm's planning recommendations and applies careful attention to detail in drafting sophisticated trust, estate, and entity documents. Precise drafting determines whether a complex structure performs as designed across decades, and her work supports accurate implementation at that level.

Prior to joining Stanley Laman Group, Kayleigh practiced at a creditors' rights firm and served a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Her creditors' rights work provided direct exposure to how claims are asserted against assets and how ownership structures are tested under pressure, a perspective that informs asset protection planning. Her nonprofit experience adds familiarity with the governance and compliance obligations applicable to charitable entities.

Kayleigh earned her J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2020. She holds an undergraduate degree in Political Science from the Rochester Institute of Technology, which she earned in 2013.

Kayleigh is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania.
